Deanna and her husband Aaron have four children, three biological and one adopted, and have fostered many littles since 2013. Deanna worked for Early Childhood Intervention as an Infant Mental Health Specialist, as a Behavior Interventionist in two Title 1 schools, and has a wide variety of experience in attachment and bonding (birth to 10), trauma history, and special needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ID, adaptive environments, and sensory issues. Deanna is Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy trained, to help children process traumatic events, such as divorce, abuse, neglect, car accidents, etc.
